● Sessions are led by Fran Bruning PCC, an ICF- registered mentor coach with specialised ICF PCC Marker Assessor Training and an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership, ensuring your coaching aligns with the indicators the ICF requires
● Fran's goal is to honour and develop each coach's unique coaching presence while upholding the ICF's ethics and core competencies. Her feedback is designed to help coaches align with the indicators required by the ICF
● Sessions will be interactive and engaging, encouraging you to ask questions, share experiences and discuss challenges
● Explore and develop the ICF core competencies, ethics and a coaching mindset
● Mentoring for Professional Development
● Formative Style Appraisal: Feedback designed to honour and develop your unique coaching presence while meeting ICF minimum skills requirements / PCC Markers
● Flexible Payments: Monthly interest free instalment options available. Your package price is simply divided by your total contract months
● Includes “Live Peer-Coaching Observation" where each participant coaches during the cohort and receives immediate feedback in the group setting

Ideal package for the coach who may have received their 3 hours 1:1 coaching elsewhere who is only looking for 7 hours of group mentoring.
Earn 7 x group mentoring hours for your ACC credential renewal or 7 x group mentoring hours for your ACC or PCC credential application or 7 x Core Competency CCEUs for your PCC renewal.
5 x 90 minute group sessions
Equalling 7.5 hours which means 30 minutes is gifted to you!

THE HYBRID (10-hour Compliance)
Combination package for the coach who is only looking for full 10 hour compliance. This package offers a blend of group and individual mentoring 7 hours group mentoring and 3 hours 1:1.
Earn 10 x group mentoring hours for your ACC credential renewal or 10 x group mentoring hours for your ACC or PCC credential application or 10 x Core Competency CCEUs for your PCC renewal.

Premium package for coaches navigating the rigorous ACC / PCC Portfolio Path who want feedback on their submission.
You'll receive 7 hours group mentoring plus 3 hours 1:1 mentoring. Plus two formative performance audits and reviews of coaching recordings and transcripts prior to submission for assessment.

*Allow 14 days for the written performance audit and comprehensive evaluation. The second recording cannot be submitted until the first report is delivered.
