With an open mind and your best interests at heart, I will work closely with you to attain your goals by overcoming the obstacles which are holding you back from living your best life either personally, professionally or both.
My coaching philosophy is based on honesty, trust and respect. As a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I honour the ICF code of ethics and core competencies when fulfilling my role as a coach.
While I’m not actively onboarding new private coaching clients, I welcome opportunities to collaborate with organisations, coaching platforms, and training providers.

This phase involves the establishing a foundation of our work together. Goal clarification, partnership parameters and expectations.
STEP 2
Awareness and Insight
Working as a thought partner, I use a variety of tools and techniques to help you gain new perspectives, identifying behavioural patterns and uncovering blind spots.
STEP 3
Action Planning
Together we develop a plan to achieve your goals by considering options and prioritising actions. You take ownership, and I provide structure and guidance.
STEP 4
Implementation
Coaching you to achieve and maintain your goals. I work with you to reflect on what's working and what not, adjusting as needed. The process concludes when you have achieved your goals and you are empowered to continue independently.

MY RESEARCH
AI Coach Bot Research
To complete my Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), I conducted research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) coach bots.
This research was the foundation of a joint peer reviewed academic research paper on “Artificial intelligence coach bots: coaches’ perceptions of potential future impacts on professional coaching, a qualitative study” in the academic Journal of Work-Applied Management. This reflects my interest in AI and how it may impact the future of human work and interactions. My interest in this field is continuous.
I do in person and online public speaking and presentations on all the topics within my scope of expertise.
